Privacy policy

1. Our core commitment

At artkiddo, protecting the privacy of families and children matters above all. The app is designed to work on this device first, with an account and a backup both optional.

2. No advertising, no commercial trackers

artkiddo contains no third-party advertising, no marketing measurement tool, and no commercial profiling or data resale tool.

3. Data stored locally on your device

By default, all drawing photos, the names or nicknames you enter, and your children's birth dates are stored exclusively on this device. Without an account, no data leaves your device.

4. Required system permissions

• Camera: used only to photograph your children's drawings.
• Photo library: used only if you choose to import a photo already saved on your device.

5. Cloud backup and family sharing (optional)

If, and only if, you decide to turn on backup or create a family web sharing link:

• Email: your email address is only used to send you a one-time sign-in code, with no password.
• Encryption: photos and related information are encrypted in transit and stored on infrastructure protected by strict access rules.
• Secure access: a shared gallery is only accessible to people who have the link you generated. We don't promise absolute security; you can revoke that link at any time.

6. Permanently deleting your account and data

You have full control over your data. In the app (Settings → Account), a "Delete my account and data" action permanently erases all your children's profiles and drawings stored online.
